Job Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Shutdown Manager to lead maintenance shutdown projects within the oil, gas, and petrochemical industry in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing large-scale maintenance activities, ensuring safety, punctuality, and cost control throughout shutdown operations.

Key Responsibilities

The Shutdown Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing shutdown maintenance activities while ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards. This role requires supervising a multidisciplinary team, monitoring project progress, addressing challenges promptly, and delivering results within the established budget and schedule.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or related Engineering discipline.
• Over 10 years of experience in oil, gas, or petrochemical maintenance, including at least 5 years in senior supervisory positions.
• Strong command of planning and project management tools such as Primavera P6, SAP, and Microsoft Office suite.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent decision-making, crisis management, and communication skills.
