Job Overview

Our reputable engineering consulting firm based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team for the prestigious NEOM project. This role demands a professional with a strong background in quantity surveying and substantial experience in large-scale engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing and overseeing all quantity surveying activities related to the project, ensuring accurate cost control and contract management. The role includes preparing detailed cost estimates, conducting risk analysis, negotiating contracts, and collaborating closely with engineering teams and contractors to maintain budget adherence and project timelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably within significant infrastructure or engineering projects.
• A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline is required.
• Strong knowledge of procurement procedures, contract administration, and cost management techniques.
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural environment.
• Familiarity with construction laws and regulations applicable in Saudi Arabia is advantageous.

Additional Requirements

Candidates must be currently residing in Saudi Arabia with a valid transferable Iqama. We welcome applications from all nationalities meeting the criteria. Immediate availability is preferred to ensure a smooth project onboarding process.
