A well-established engineering consultancy in Saudi Arabia is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Riyadh. This role offers a great opportunity for a seasoned professional to contribute to various engineering projects by managing all quantity surveying responsibilities effectively.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will take charge of budget management, cost control, and contract administration. You will oversee the accurate measurement and valuation of construction works and coordinate with contractors and clients to ensure project costs are within budget and timelines. Additionally, the role involves preparing detailed reports and advice on financial and contractual matters related to projects.

Required Skills and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in quantity surveying within the engineering or construction sector.
• Strong expertise in cost estimation, project budgeting, and resource management.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills to liaise with all project stakeholders.
• Proficient in contract management and knowledge of local regulations and standards.
• Ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and accuracy.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field is mandatory.
• Candidates must possess a valid and transferable Saudi IQAMA.
• Immediate availability to join is preferred.
