Job Overview

We are currently seeking experienced Senior QA/QC Engineers and Senior QA/QC Technicians to join a reputable manufacturing company based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. These roles are essential for maintaining and enhancing quality assurance and control processes within the production environment.

Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will take charge of implementing and maintaining quality management systems in line with ISO 9001:2015 standards. Duties include conducting internal audits, managing non-conformance reports (NCR), overseeing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and fostering continuous improvement initiatives within the production process. Candidates with a background in metal fabrication, steel products, or manufacturing of metal and wooden doors will find their experience highly relevant to this position.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in QA/QC within the manufacturing industry.
• Proven hands-on expertise with ISO 9001:2015 implementation, documentation, internal auditing, and quality improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes related to metal fabrication or steel product industries is preferred.
• Certification as an Internal or Lead Auditor will be considered a strong advantage.
• Must be currently residing in Riyadh with the ability to transfer Iqama immediately.
