We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Coordinator with a background in engineering to join a reputable contracting company based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role offers an excellent opportunity to play a pivotal part in managing and coordinating large-scale retail, residential, and mixed-use construction projects across the region.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Project Coordinator will act as a vital link between the site teams and the commercial department, ensuring smooth communication and efficient project execution. You will be responsible for handling contract variations, managing payment applications, overseeing subcontractor management, and tracking commercial activities linked to ongoing projects.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (mandatory)
• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in the construction industry, particularly within commercial projects, contract administration, or site coordination
• Proficient in both English and Arabic with full professional working abilities to facilitate cross-functional collaboration
• Strong expertise in managing contract variations, payment claims, subcontractor coordination, and commercial project monitoring
• Experience and familiarity with FIDIC contracts and local Saudi Arabian construction regulations will be an advantage
