We are seeking an experienced Senior Planning Engineer to enhance our team based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in construction planning, specifically within major contracting environments. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing schedules and ensuring project timelines are met on large-scale building and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Planning Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed project schedules, resource planning, and progress monitoring. This includes preparing baseline schedules, crafting recovery plans, and conducting delay analysis to mitigate project risks and ensure timely delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• 10 to 15 years of planning experience within the construction industry.
• Proven experience working with major construction companies on large-scale building and infrastructure projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel for scheduling and data analysis.
• Strong expertise in schedule management, resource allocation, and progress measurement.
• Experience in preparing baseline schedules, recovery schedules, and conducting delay analysis.
• Holding a PMP certification or equivalent project planning credential is preferred.
• Currently residing in or willing to relocate to Dammam or Khobar, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
