Job Overview

A well-established multinational construction firm in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Project Engineer. This position focuses on overseeing the mechanical engineering aspects of constructing premium five-star hotels located in Dariya, Riyadh. Successful candidates will be provided with relevant project references and are expected to join immediately to contribute their expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the mechanical engineering activities throughout the project lifecycle of luxury hotel construction.
• Ensure all mechanical systems are designed, installed, and maintained in compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to maintain seamless project execution and timely completion.
• Conduct technical reviews and inspections to guarantee quality control and safety compliance on site.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to resolve mechanical engineering challenges as they arise.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong background in mechanical engineering within the construction sector, specifically hotel or large-scale projects.
• Proven experience managing complex mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Compensation and Benefits

The offer includes a competitive full package salary of up to 20,000 SAR per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits will be discussed upon selection.
