Job Overview

We are urgently seeking an experienced Senior Production Engineer specialized in manufacturing heat exchangers and pressure vessels. This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves ensuring all production activities align with Saudi Aramco requirements, applicable ASME and API codes, and project specifications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing production operations, optimizing resources, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Production Engineer will be responsible for planning and coordinating daily production schedules while optimizing manpower and resource allocation. This role requires close collaboration with engineering, QA/QC, and inspection teams to guarantee compliance with project milestones and specifications. Key duties include monitoring progress, resolving technical and production challenges, supporting Aramco inspections and audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to deliver projects safely and on time.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven expertise in production planning and control within manufacturing environments for heat exchangers and pressure vessels.
• Thorough knowledge of Saudi Aramco standards and adherence to ASME/API codes.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve production or technical issues efficiently.
• Excellent coordination and communication abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience supporting regulatory inspections and audits, particularly with Saudi Aramco.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 5 to 15 years of relevant experience in production engineering roles.
• A technical degree in engineering or a related discipline is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage production resources and schedules effectively.
• Commitment to maintaining safety standards and ensuring quality compliance throughout production processes.

Compensation

The salary for this position ranges from 5,000 to 7,000 SAR, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
