Job Overview

IT Valley is seeking a skilled Senior End User Field Support Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time, onsite role involves delivering expert IT support services directly to end users, ensuring seamless operation and rapid resolution of technical issues.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will provide hands-on technical assistance for a variety of hardware and software, supporting desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and meeting room equipment. You will troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Office applications, and Active Directory. You will also be responsible for installing, upgrading, deploying, and replacing devices as needed.

Collaboration is essential, as you will coordinate with infrastructure teams and external vendors to address complex problems. Managing incidents and service requests through ticketing systems efficiently and supporting IT projects, migrations, and asset management tasks are also key aspects of the position. Delivering excellent customer service while adhering to service level agreements (SLAs) is a critical component of your daily duties.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or a related field
• Over 5 years of experience in End User or Deskside Support
• Strong expertise in Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Azure AD
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems is preferred
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure including networks, VPNs, and servers
• Excellent problem-solving abilities combined with strong communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
