Key Responsibilities

The Senior Civil Design Engineer will lead and oversee detailed design efforts, ensure compliance with project specifications, and manage design teams to deliver efficient roadway and infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include creating and reviewing technical drawings, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, implementing BIM methodologies, and ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A minimum of 15 years of experience in civil design engineering, particularly focusing on roads, highways, or infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, InfraWorks, BIM, and Revit software tools.
• Demonstrated managerial experience in supervising design teams and managing complex engineering projects.
• Ability to produce accurate, detailed design plans and technical documentation.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with project stakeholders.
