Job Overview

A leading company managing a major project in Al Ahsa City is urgently seeking an experienced Senior Cost Control Engineer. This role demands a highly skilled professional to take full accountability for overseeing project cost performance, delivering accurate reporting, forecasting budgets, and demonstrating strong commercial insight.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project cost control activities including cost reporting, forecasting, and budget management
• Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies and ensure cost efficiency
• Prepare timely and precise cost performance reports to support project management decisions
• Collaborate with project teams to track expenditures and maintain budget compliance
• Utilize advanced Excel skills alongside cost control and reporting tools such as Power BI

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Cost Control or Project Controls, preferably in construction projects
• Expertise in budget control, cost reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Strong command of Excel and familiarity with modern cost control software and reporting tools
• Experience with hospital or MEP projects is highly advantageous
• Professional certifications such as CCP or PMP are considered a plus

Requirements

• Currently residing in Saudi Arabia and willing to relocate to Al Ahsa City
• Immediate availability is essential
