Job Overview

Imran Holding Engineering & Consulting is currently seeking an experienced Senior Civil Structural Engineer to join their engineering team based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for a professional with a solid background in structural analysis and design, coupled with a deep understanding of civil engineering principles applicable to large-scale projects. The position involves managing structural design activities, ensuring coordination across various disciplines, and maintaining strict adherence to the Saudi Building Code and other relevant standards.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be accountable for a range of critical tasks including:

• Conducting comprehensive structural analysis and design for reinforced concrete (RC) and steel structures.
• Preparing, reviewing, and approving detailed structural drawings and calculation reports.
• Designing essential structural components such as foundations, columns, beams, slabs, and complete structural systems.
• Ensuring compliance with the Saudi Building Code (SBC) as well as international standards relevant to structural engineering.
• Collaborating effectively with architects, MEP engineers, and project managers to coordinate multidisciplinary project requirements.
• Performing site visits to oversee structural inspections and provide on-site technical support during project execution.
• Reviewing contractor submissions and technical documentation to validate compliance and quality standards.
• Engaging in client meetings and assisting in obtaining the necessary authority approvals.

Qualifications and Requirements

Applicants should meet the following criteria to be considered:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a preference for structural engineering specialization.
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including proven involvement in structural design and project coordination within Saudi Arabia.
• Thorough knowledge of the Saudi Building Code (SBC), American Concrete Institute (ACI), American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC), and other pertinent codes.
• Expertise in structural engineering software such as ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, and STAAD Pro.
• Competency in AutoCAD for drawing and design purposes.
• Valid registration with the Saudi Engineering Council (SEC) is preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset, complemented by excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and client engagement.
