Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Sales Engineer with 3 to 5 years of proven experience in the fabrication industry to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales for fabrication services including structural steel, metal fabrication, and custom-built components across the Kingdom. This position requires strong technical knowledge combined with commercial acumen to effectively support client needs and close business deals.
Key Responsibilities
The Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities within the fabrication sector across various regions in KSA. Key duties include preparing detailed commercial proposals and tender submissions, reviewing client drawings and project specifications, and conducting client meetings and technical presentations. Maintaining close coordination with engineering, production, and project teams to ensure timely delivery and execution of projects will also be essential. Additionally, this role involves negotiating contracts, monitoring market trends, and nurturing strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and industrial clients to achieve sales targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 3 to 5 years of direct sales experience in the fabrication industry.
- Strong technical understanding of fabrication drawings and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation capabilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve sales goals.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively across Saudi Arabia.
