Job Overview
We are currently seeking experienced Quality Control (QC) Engineers in multiple disciplines including Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and MEP to join an ongoing project based in Bisha, Saudi Arabia. This is a temporary position with an initial duration of four months, with the possibility of extension depending on project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
As a QC Engineer, your primary role will be to ensure that all quality control standards and procedures are strictly followed throughout the project lifecycle. You will be responsible for conducting inspections, monitoring work compliance with engineering codes and specifications, and preparing detailed reports to document quality findings.
Specific duties include:
- Performing site inspections and verifying the quality of workmanship and materials used.
- Collaborating with project teams to ensure quality standards are met.
- Reviewing technical documents and ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
- Reporting non-conformities and recommending corrective actions.
- Participating in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) as required.
Required Skills and Experience
Candidates should possess proven expertise in their respective disciplines with a strong understanding of quality control principles within construction and engineering projects. Effective communication, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail are essential.
- Relevant engineering degree or diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or MEP fields.
- Previous experience working as a QC Engineer on similar projects.
- Familiarity with industry quality standards and safety regulations.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Job Details
- Location: Bisha, Saudi Arabia
- Contract Duration: 4 months initially, with extension potential
- Payment Terms: Payment will be processed within 30 days following approval of submitted timesheets
- FAT documentation and procedures will be provided as part of the role
