Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Control Engineer to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that production processes meet established quality standards while maintaining compliance with industry regulations and internal guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise production operations to guarantee adherence to quality standards and work instructions.
• Conduct First Article Inspections (FAI) and perform in-process quality checks to identify defects early.
• Carry out final inspections and testing on finished products prior to shipment.
• Document inspection results by preparing detailed release and final inspection reports.
• Perform root cause analysis using methodologies such as 5 Whys and Fishbone diagrams to identify sources of quality issues.
• Develop, implement, and track corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address non-conformities.
• Prepare, review, and update standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and quality manuals to maintain process consistency.
• Test cable one-to-one connections and verify soldering quality.
• Conduct PCB connectivity and high-voltage testing to ensure circuit integrity.
• Have working knowledge of relay functions relevant to the products.

Required Skills

• Proficient in the use of measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, and multimeters.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing, especially involving PCB assembly and cable harness production, is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and performing root cause analysis.
• Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and reporting abilities.
