Job Overview

Saleh Abdulaziz Alrashed & Sons is seeking a skilled QC Engineer to join our Ready Mix Concrete team based in Al Aziziah, Riyadh. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in concrete mix design and quality control, helping us maintain high standards and optimize production processes.

Key Responsibilities

This role involves developing and improving Ready Mix concrete mix designs to ensure product quality and consistency. The QC Engineer will conduct plant trials and verify raw materials, overseeing quality control throughout batching and production. Collaborating closely with the sales team, you will support quotation processes and project approvals by aligning mix submittals with specifications. Addressing customer feedback by analyzing complaints and providing technical solutions will be essential, as well as contributing to cost-saving initiatives and ongoing process improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years experience working with Ready Mix Concrete.
• In-depth knowledge of concrete mix design and batching plant operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office software.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to work well within a team.
