Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced QC Electrical Engineer to join a reputable project in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This role is especially suited for professionals familiar with quality control processes in electrical engineering within construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects. The position requires applicants who can operate under an Ajeer contract arrangement.

Key Responsibilities

The QC Electrical Engineer will be responsible for ensuring all electrical work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Duties include conducting inspections, preparing quality control reports, reviewing material submissions and test documentation, and coordinating testing and commissioning activities for electrical systems. The role also involves identifying and addressing non-conformities by implementing corrective measures while maintaining thorough quality records aligned with project and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Experience

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and have at least four years of relevant experience in the Gulf region, ideally within Saudi Arabia. A strong understanding of electrical installation standards, inspection protocols, testing, and commissioning procedures is essential. Familiarity with international standards, project specifications, and the ability to collaborate effectively with consultants, clients, and project teams regarding quality issues are necessary. Excellent communication and report-writing skills are also critical for success in this role.

Contract and Documentation

This job operates under an Ajeer contract with no Iqama transfer option, and offers a competitive salary package through the supplier’s scheme. Applicants must provide a comprehensive set of documents including an updated CV, educational and experience certificates, a valid Iqama copy, and any professional certifications or accreditations. Preference will be given to candidates with transferable Iqama.
