Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated QC Controller with 1 to 2 years of experience in food quality control and safety compliance to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will play a key role in upholding the highest standards of food hygiene, HACCP procedures, and overall product quality throughout the production process. This position requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to support ongoing food safety audits and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

The successful QC Controller will be responsible for conducting quality inspections of raw materials, monitoring production processes, and ensuring finished products meet regulatory and company standards. You will oversee food safety and hygiene practices following established standard operating procedures (SOPs) and verify compliance with HACCP regulations.

• Perform thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process operations, and final products
• Monitor hygiene and sanitation protocols during production
• Maintain detailed quality records, inspection logs, and temperature monitoring documents
• Identify deviations or non-conformances and recommend corrective actions
• Support internal audits related to food safety and cleanliness
• Collaborate with production teams to sustain quality standards
• Supervise storage and product handling conditions to prevent contamination

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma in Food Technology or a related field
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety regulations
• Experience with quality inspection and effective reporting techniques
• Proficient in maintaining documentation and quality records
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Skillful in temperature control and hygiene monitoring protocols

Professional Background
