Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned QA/QC Manager specializing in housing and villa projects to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will lead quality assurance and control activities, ensuring all construction work meets project specifications, approved drawings, and Saudi building regulations.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the Project Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with company standards and project demands. You will supervise a dedicated QA/QC team, including engineers and inspectors, driving quality throughout the project lifecycle. Reviewing and approving all quality documentation such as Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and Method Statements prior to execution will be essential. You will coordinate inspections with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Monitoring and ensuring high-quality civil, architectural, structural, and MEP works from construction through final handover will be a vital part of your duties. Managing Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), corrective and preventive actions promptly to resolve any quality issues is expected. You will lead internal audits, site inspections, and quality performance reviews, fostering continuous improvement. Additionally, preparing comprehensive quality reports for project management and maintaining all quality documentation accurately will be required. Providing training and guidance to project personnel to uphold quality standards and best practices is also part of the position.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering field.
• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in QA/QC within the construction industry.
• At least 5 years focused on QA/QC management in housing, villa, or residential projects.
• Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Building Code (SBC), ISO 9001:2015, and construction quality standards and inspection procedures.
• Expertise managing quality across civil, architectural, structural, and MEP works.
• Proven leadership, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction document management systems.
• Registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is an advantage.
