Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with extensive experience in Fit-Out projects to join our dynamic team in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing projects across various locations including the Eastern Province, Riyadh, and Jeddah, ensuring each phase is executed with precision and quality.

Key Responsibilities

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Fit-Out projects from start to finish. This includes supervising on-site operations, guaranteeing the seamless integration of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works, and ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.

• Lead and coordinate on-site activities to maintain high standards of quality and safety
• Review and interpret architectural, electrical, and plumbing drawings for effective implementation
• Develop detailed project schedules and monitor ongoing progress to meet deadlines
• Collaborate closely with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to streamline project execution

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in managing Fit-Out projects along with solid knowledge of MEP systems. Strong organizational and communication skills are crucial to this role, as is the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.

• Demonstrated experience handling Fit-Out projects from inception through completion
• Comprehensive understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting detailed technical drawings including architectural and MEP plans
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to organize resources effectively
• Capability to perform well under pressure and consistently meet project deadlines
