Job Overview

Our contracting company, a main contractor for the Saudi Electricity Company (SEC), is seeking an experienced Project Manager with expertise in electrical engineering, specifically in substation projects. The ideal candidate will bring 12 to 20 years of relevant experience and a proven track record managing complex substation construction and engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities

The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of substation projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and compliance with quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include coordinating engineering teams, managing subcontractors, monitoring project progress, liaising with clients, and resolving technical challenges.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 12 years of hands-on experience managing substation projects in the electrical engineering field.
• Successful completion of at least two substation projects as Project Manager.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is mandatory.
• Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills suited to managing multi-disciplinary teams.
• Ability to ensure projects meet technical specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Availability for immediate joining.
• Possession of a transferable Iqama is required.
