Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Controls Engineer to manage planning, scheduling, and cost control for residential and industrial construction projects. This role involves overseeing project timelines, budgets, and recovery strategies to ensure successful completion. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and client coordination, particularly in building and steel projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project control and planning efforts by developing and maintaining cost-loaded baseline schedules using Primavera P6.
• Implement earned value management (EVM) techniques to monitor project performance against budgets and schedules.
• Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly progress reports, including S-curves and dashboards, for executive review.
• Regularly monitor the critical path and develop recovery plans to address any delays.
• Support the tendering process by providing baseline schedules and technical documents.
• Coordinate with clients and contractors to clarify technical details and resolve cost-related issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction planning, project controls, and cost management.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and quotation development.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 for schedule development and cost loading.
• Familiarity with earned value management and performance tracking tools.
• Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with stakeholders.

Compensation and Benefits

The monthly salary ranges from 3,500 to 5,000 SAR, with accommodation and transportation provided. This package supports a comfortable living and working experience in Riyadh.
