Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Production Manager to oversee and enhance our tissue manufacturing operations in Riyadh. This role is ideal for a candidate with extensive experience in the tissue or paper manufacturing industry, who can bring strong leadership and operational expertise to our fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

As the Production Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day production activities, ensuring smooth operations of tissue machines and converting processes, and driving continuous improvements to meet production targets. You will lead a team of supervisors and technicians, coordinate with maintenance and quality departments, and implement efficient manufacturing practices to optimize output and maintain high product quality.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Paper Technology, Industrial Management, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in tissue or paper manufacturing.
• At least 3 years of proven management or supervisory experience within a manufacturing setting.
• Solid understanding of tissue production machinery and converting operations.
• Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Capability to thrive in a demanding and fast-moving manufacturing environment.
