A reputable plastic manufacturing company in Riyadh is seeking a skilled Production Engineer or Mechanical Technician to join their team. This role requires candidates to be based in Saudi Arabia with the ability to start immediately or within a short notice period. The position offers an excellent opportunity for professionals with extensive experience in industrial production, particularly within the plastic manufacturing or injection molding sectors.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will play a critical role in improving manufacturing processes and maintaining production efficiency. Key duties include:

• Planning and optimizing production operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Managing machine maintenance schedules and troubleshooting technical issues to reduce downtime.
• Implementing quality control measures to maintain product standards.
• Supervising and leading production teams to meet operational targets.
• Driving initiatives to minimize waste and enhance overall productivity.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates must demonstrate strong practical knowledge and a solid track record in their field. Essential requirements include:

• Indian nationality currently residing in Saudi Arabia, preferably with a transferable iqama.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering for the engineer role or a recognized Mechanical Technician diploma supported by substantial hands-on experience.
• Between 10 to 20 years of proven experience in industrial production environments, with specific expertise in plastic manufacturing or injection molding.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English to effectively communicate within a multi-cultural workplace.
• Competence in production planning, process improvement, machine upkeep, quality assurance, and team leadership.
