Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead Mechanical QA/QC Engineer to oversee quality assurance and quality control for major power plant, energy, and EPC projects. The role demands a strong background in mechanical QA/QC, particularly in large-scale industrial environments. This is a long-term position located across multiple sites including Hajar, Nariyah, and Rumah.

Key Responsibilities

The Lead Mechanical QA/QC Engineer will be responsible for leading QA/QC activities, ensuring compliance with standards and project specifications. You will manage inspection plans, coordinate with project teams, and supervise quality control procedures throughout all project phases. The role also involves reporting, documentation control, and liaising with contractors to maintain high-quality standards.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 10 years of mechanical QA/QC experience.
• At least 7 years in a leadership role handling large-scale power plants, energy, or EPC projects for candidates with a bachelor’s degree.
• For diploma holders, a total experience of 15 years is essential.
• Strong understanding of QA/QC procedures and international standards relevant to mechanical engineering.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work at multiple site locations as required.

Additional Details

This is a long-term appointment supporting projects under the company’s scope for FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing). The position requires candidates who can commit to site locations including Hajar, Nariyah, and Rumah.
