Description

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design or Construction Management.

Monitor retail unit fit out progress with architects, brand managers, and contractors.
* Track progress against approved milestones and tenant/contractor programs.
* Coordinate information flow between mall development, base build, and retail delivery teams.
* Lead tracking meetings with tenants’ PMs, brand managers and contractors.
* Prepare and maintain dashboards, reports, and progress trackers.
* Follow up on technical submittals, approvals, payments, and documentation.
* Coordinate with leasing/development on lease execution and unit readiness.
* Verify COP prior to tenant handover.
* Maintain accurate documentation and trackers in particular tenders documentation
* Build strong working relationships with tenants, brand managers and contractors.
