Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled PMO Coordinator Engineer to oversee and manage retail unit fit-out projects in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a background in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or Construction Management and be adept at coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery within established timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves close monitoring of fit-out progress alongside architects, brand managers, and contractors. You will be expected to track project milestones, manage tenant and contractor schedules, and facilitate communication across mall development, base build, and retail delivery teams. Leading progress tracking meetings with tenants’ project managers and brand leaders will be an important part of your duties.
Additionally, you will prepare and maintain various dashboards, detailed reports, and progress trackers to keep all parties informed. Handling technical submittals, securing timely approvals, managing payment processes, and maintaining proper documentation are crucial to ensuring project compliance and efficiency.
Coordination with leasing and development teams to align lease execution with unit readiness and verifying Certificates of Practical Completion (COP) before tenant handover are also essential responsibilities. Strong relationship-building with tenants, brand managers, and contractors will be key to successful project outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or Construction Management.
• Experience with retail fit-out project coordination and progress tracking.
• Proficiency in preparing reports, dashboards, and maintaining project documentation.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple teams and maintain effective information flow.
• Familiarity with technical submittals, approvals, and contract management procedures.
