Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled PMCC Coordinator to join our engineering team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves managing punch list activities across PMCC, SAT, MCC, and PAC phases with a strong emphasis on quality and timely project handover. Experience in Saudi Aramco projects is highly preferred due to the nature and standards of this assignment.
Key Responsibilities
The PMCC Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining and updating master punch lists, ensuring proper classification of punch items by priority and impact, and following up rigorously until all issues are resolved and closed. Coordination with multiple stakeholders such as Construction, Commissioning, QA/QC teams, vendors, and company representatives is essential. Additionally, the coordinator will actively participate in punch walkdowns and inspections and help expedite closure of critical punch items that impact commissioning and project handover. Regular reporting through daily and weekly punch status updates is required, alongside documentation management and supporting records to guarantee compliance with project closeout requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Proven experience handling PMCC, MCC, PAC phases along with commissioning and punch list management.
- Familiarity with Saudi Aramco standards and project handover procedures is highly advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills combined with excellent communication and reporting capabilities.
