Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled PMCC Coordinator to join a leading project team in the Oil & Gas sector based in Saudi Arabia, covering both offshore and onshore operations. This role significantly contributes to the successful delivery and closeout of PMCC, MCC, and PAC phases, with preference given to candidates having experience on Saudi Aramco projects.

Key Responsibilities

The PMCC Coordinator will be responsible for managing and updating the master punch lists throughout various commissioning stages including PMCC, SAT, MCC, and PAC. Prioritizing punch items into categories A, B, and C based on urgency and tracking them through to resolution is vital. Effective coordination with Construction, Commissioning, QA/QC teams, vendors, and client representatives is essential to facilitate smooth inspections, punch walkdowns, and project handovers. The role also involves preparing comprehensive daily and weekly punch status reports to ensure all activities comply with project handover procedures and support the final closeout documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A Degree or Diploma in Engineering or a closely related field.
• Proven experience handling PMCC, MCC, PAC, and commissioning tasks within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Familiarity with Saudi Aramco standards and handover protocols.
• Strong organizational abilities with excellent coordination and reporting skills.
