Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled Package Engineer specializing in Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will manage E&I packages for major oil and gas projects, preferably with Saudi Aramco experience, ensuring smooth progression from construction through commissioning and final handover.
Key Responsibilities
The role involves overseeing all aspects of the assigned E&I package, coordinating with multiple disciplines and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Main duties include:
- Managing construction, hookup, and installation activities according to IFC drawings and approved project procedures.
- Maintaining strict adherence to Saudi Aramco standards, project specifications, and HSE regulations.
- Collaborating closely with engineering teams, QA/QC, HSE personnel, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitoring construction progress and material availability to avoid delays on-site.
- Supporting system acceptance testing (SAT), commissioning, and integration activities.
- Ensuring PMCC completion and readiness for commissioning phases.
- Coordinating inspections, certifications, and acceptance testing with the project team.
- Preparing and submitting as-built drawings, test reports, completion dossiers, and closeout documentation timely and accurately.
- Serving as the key liaison for package coordination among all project stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering.
- Demonstrated experience with Oil & Gas or offshore projects, ideally involving Saudi Aramco.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Aramco standards and commissioning procedures.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
- Ability to navigate complex project environments and meet deadlines under pressure.
