We are seeking seasoned professionals to join the NEOM development project in Saudi Arabia. Exciting opportunities are available across various engineering and management disciplines for candidates with substantial industry experience. The roles require individuals ready to contribute immediately and open to iqama transfer. All nationalities are encouraged to apply.

Available Positions and Experience Requirements

The project needs qualified candidates in the following roles along with the respective years of experience:

• Commercial Director – 20 years
• Logistics Manager – 10 years (Responsible for overseeing the entire supply chain, including purchase coordination, equipment shipping, timely availability, inventory monitoring, and supplier management)
• Quality Assurance (QA) Manager – 10 years
• Risk Manager – 10 years
• Senior Geotechnical Engineer – 10 years
• Senior Reporting Specialist (Power BI) – 10 years (Lead dashboard design and development)
• Completion/Handover Coordinator – 10 years
• Civil Engineer – 7 years
• Environmental Engineer – 7 years
• Materials and Logistics Coordinator – 7 years
• Process Engineer – 7 years
• Project Engineer – 7 years
• Traffic Engineer – 7 years
• Civil Supervisor – 10 years
• Senior Civil Design Engineer – 15 years

Key Responsibilities

The roles involve a variety of responsibilities based on the position, including but not limited to:

• Strategic management and direction (Commercial Director)
• Planning and coordinating logistics to ensure smooth operations and supply chain efficiency
• Implementing and maintaining quality assurance standards
• Assessing and mitigating risks throughout project phases
• Engineering design, supervision, and technical consultancy
• Developing and managing reports and dashboards using Power BI tools
• Coordinating project completion and handover procedures

Candidate Requirements

Applicants must have extensive experience in their respective roles, be ready to join the NEOM project immediately, and be open to the transfer of iqama. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to project challenges are essential.
