Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising all mechanical installation activities on site. This includes assigning daily tasks, monitoring workforce efficiency, and ensuring progress aligns with project timelines. The supervisor will verify that all installations comply with approved drawings and meet project standards.

Coordination is a critical part of the role, requiring effective communication with engineers, subcontractors, and other onsite personnel. Support must also be provided during inspections, testing phases, and final handover procedures to ensure seamless project completion.

Required Skills and Experience

• Diploma or technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Proven experience supervising MEP construction sites, particularly in HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
• Strong ability to interpret mechanical drawings and documentation.
• Effective leadership skills to manage and motivate site teams.
• Commitment to join and work on projects based in Riyadh.
