Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Foreman to join our team in Jizan. This role requires a professional who can oversee mechanical construction, maintenance, and repair operations efficiently while ensuring safety and quality standards are met. The position offers a competitive salary and immediate joining.

Key Responsibilities

The Mechanical Foreman will supervise and coordinate daily mechanical tasks on site. This includes managing a team of technicians, fitters, and helpers, and ensuring that all work aligns with project blueprints and specifications. Responsibilities involve allocating resources such as manpower, tools, and materials to meet project deadlines, conducting site inspections to maintain quality, and ensuring strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental guidelines. Additionally, collaboration with other disciplines to meet overall project objectives is essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should possess a diploma or ITI certificate in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent qualification. A solid understanding of mechanical equipment, piping systems, structural installations, and maintenance activities is necessary. The ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications is essential for this role. Strong leadership and communication skills, paired with effective problem-solving abilities, are required to successfully manage site operations.

Experience and Preferences

A minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in mechanical construction, maintenance, or industrial projects is expected. Experience within industrial, oil & gas, or construction sectors is preferred. Candidates with valid certificates and prior project experience in Saudi Arabia will have an added advantage.

Salary and Benefits

The salary will be offered based on the candidate’s experience and company standards, with a starting rate of 20 SAR per hour. Immediate joining is expected.
