Required Skills for Mechanical Foreman

• Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical handling systems (MHS), conveyor systems, storage decks, or industrial electromechanical installation
• Proficient in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and installation layouts
• Strong leadership skills to supervise teams and coordinate site activities
• Thorough understanding of safety requirements and permit systems

Mechanical Technician / Fitter Responsibilities

Mechanical Technicians are responsible for the hands-on installation, assembly, and alignment of mechanical components such as conveyors, storage racks, and structural assemblies. You will work closely with supervisors to ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently according to technical specifications and drawings.

Required Skills for Mechanical Technicians

• At least 3 years of experience in mechanical installation related to conveyors, storage racks, structural assemblies, or industrial machinery
• Knowledge of hand and power tools, bolting techniques, and alignment procedures
• Ability to follow drawings and instructions from supervisors effectively
