Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical Fit-Out Site Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role requires a professional with substantial hands-on experience in mechanical fit-out engineering projects, capable of delivering quality work and contributing to efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee mechanical fit-out activities on-site ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
• Coordinate installation and commissioning of mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection.
• Monitor progress against schedules and resolve technical issues that arise during execution.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely project delivery.
• Conduct on-site inspections to verify quality and compliance with design and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in mechanical fit-out engineering.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and installation techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexible and transferable Iqama status is highly advantageous.
