Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer with a strong background in cost estimation to join our team in Riyadh. This mid-career opportunity is ideal for candidates aged between 22 and 35 years with at least three years of relevant experience. The role offers immediate hiring along with sponsorship transfer options for eligible candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engineering assessments and prepare detailed cost estimations.
• Perform site evaluations across various locations in Saudi Arabia.
• Implement value engineering techniques to optimize project costs.
• Carry out diverse cost estimation and related engineering activities.
• Evaluate processes and materials, and engage in cost re-engineering and value analysis to improve efficiency.
• Support product research and development efforts.
• Prepare comprehensive costing for daily incoming inquiries.
• Coordinate with sales teams to respond promptly to all requests for quotations (RFQs).
• Plan procurement processes and develop detailed material forecasts.
• Compile and monitor cost analyses and prepare well-structured Bills of Materials (BOM) for project-based jobs.
• Provide technical assistance to sales executives and maintain customer liaison.
• Evaluate vendors and contribute to overall product cost reduction strategies.
• Perform various assignments as directed by management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years experience specializing in cost estimation.
• Strong analytical and engineering assessment skills.
• Ability to manage technical and commercial activities effectively.
• Excellent communication and coordination capabilities to work with sales teams and clients.
• Proven track record in value engineering and cost analysis.
