Job Overview

We are seeking a driven Mechanical Engineer specializing in Sales and Services to join a reputable Inspection, Testing, and Safety Training company based in Saudi Arabia. This role offers an exciting chance to contribute to business growth by promoting technical services across industrial and commercial sectors in Dammam and Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships. This involves visiting clients in industrial, construction, and commercial fields to promote services such as inspection, testing, certification, and safety training. Additional duties include preparing and following up on quotations, coordinating with internal technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery, and meeting set sales targets.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is essential.
• Proficiency in Arabic is required, along with good English communication skills.
• Experience in inspection, testing, safety training, industrial services, calibration, or NDT will be advantageous.
• Possession of a Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration or license is preferred.
• A valid Saudi driving license is mandatory due to client site visits.

• Self-motivated with a solid understanding of client needs in industrial environments.
• Capable of working collaboratively with operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation package includes a monthly salary ranging from SAR 2,000 to SAR 4,000, depending on experience. The company will provide a vehicle and cover fuel expenses for travel purposes. Additionally, a commission and incentive structure is in place to reward performance. After an initial three-month review, salary adjustments will be considered based on results. The position offers a two-year contract with the potential for salary growth aligned with sales achievements.
