We are an established engineering consulting firm based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, currently seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineering Manager to join our team for the prestigious NEOM project. This role demands a professional with extensive experience in mechanical engineering leadership and project management in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

The Mechanical Engineering Manager will oversee all mechanical engineering activities related to the NEOM project. Responsibilities include managing engineering teams, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and contributing to technical planning and execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in mechanical engineering, preferably with project management exposure.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven ability to lead engineering teams and manage complex projects.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with engineering standards and regulations applicable in Saudi Arabia.

Additional Requirements

• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
• Candidates must currently reside in Saudi Arabia, holding a transferable iqama.
• Open nationality, welcoming diverse candidates qualified for the role.
