Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Engineer with a strong background in construction to join our team based in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of mechanical systems including HVAC, ducting, and piping, and will be responsible for overseeing projects from start to finish to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

The Mechanical Engineer will manage mechanical tasks on-site, which include supervising HVAC installations, ducting setups, and piping systems. This role requires reviewing technical drawings, bills of quantities (BOQ), and project specifications with attention to detail. Collaboration with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers is essential to coordinate efforts and keep projects on track. Additionally, the engineer will conduct system testing, commissioning, and resolve any operational issues that arise during implementation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and have between 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in construction-related projects. A thorough understanding of HVAC, piping, and firefighting systems is crucial. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office tools is also required to efficiently handle project documentation and drawings. Strong communication abilities combined with effective problem-solving skills will help in managing the diverse aspects of the role.
