Aster Trading Corporation is seeking qualified mechanical and electrical technicians to join a reputable facilities management company in Riyadh. This opportunity is exclusively for candidates with transferable Iqama who are experienced in their respective trades. The company offers a one-year renewable contract with competitive benefits and a clear transfer process.

• Mechanical Draftsman (BIM Plant 3D)
• Grader Operator (Sany STG 230) – Salary range: 2200-4500 SAR
• Crane Operator (50 Ton) – Salary range: 2000-4500 SAR
• Craft Technician
• Safety / HSE Supervisor
• Plumber Technician
• Instrument Technician
• Mechanical Technician
• Electrical Technician
• Plant Operator
• Factory General Helper – Salary: 1500 SAR

Key Responsibilities

Candidates will perform tasks and duties relevant to their specific job roles within the facilities management sector. Responsibilities include overseeing mechanical and electrical installations, conducting regular maintenance, operating machinery safely, drafting technical plans using BIM Plant 3D, and ensuring compliance with safety standards under supervision.

Requirements

• Must hold a transferable Iqama with a validity of more than one month
• Relevant experience as per the job role
• Commitment to an 8-hour workday with Fridays off
• Willingness to adhere to company policies and terms of employment

Terms and Benefits

• One-year contract with the possibility of renewal
• Company provides Iqama, medical insurance, accommodation, and transportation
• Annual paid vacation of 42 days
• Round-trip airfare provided every two years
• Transfer procedures will be completed within 10-15 working days after sponsor approval
• Any additional transfer costs beyond the initial will be deducted from salary
