Job Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves managing maintenance activities across residential communities, ensuring operational efficiency and maintaining the highest service standards. The successful candidate will lead a dedicated team of technicians and coordinate maintenance projects across electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

As a Maintenance Supervisor, your main duties will include supervising daily maintenance operations and guiding a team of multi-trade technicians. You will be responsible for assigning and tracking work orders through our facility management system, ensuring tasks are completed promptly and effectively. Regular inspections will be conducted to identify and resolve maintenance issues proactively, preventing any disruption to property functionality. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and fostering collaboration with other departments like Housekeeping are also essential parts of the role. Accurate reporting on team performance and equipment status will support operational transparency and continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have at least three to five years of experience in facility maintenance with a proven track record in a supervisory capacity. Prior work within residential complexes, large properties, or healthcare settings is highly desirable. You should possess solid technical expertise in maintaining central HVAC systems, electrical distribution, and plumbing networks. Familiarity with CMMS, CAFM, or similar facility management software is required, alongside a good command of English for effective communication. A bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field is preferred, and relevant certifications will be an added advantage.

Benefits and Employment Details

This position offers a monthly salary ranging from SAR 2,000 to SAR 2,500, based on interview performance. Accommodation and transportation will be provided by the company, while food expenses are to be covered by the employee. Candidates must currently reside in Riyadh and have a valid, transferable Iqama. We are looking for someone who can join immediately.
