Job Overview

An established engineering consulting firm based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a seasoned Cost Engineer to contribute to the prestigious NEOM project. This position requires a professional with a solid engineering background and extensive experience in cost management within large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project costs effectively, preparing cost estimates, monitoring expenditures, and ensuring financial compliance with project budgets and timelines. You will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to support strategic decision-making and maintain economic efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills and Experience

• A minimum of 7 years’ experience working as a Cost Engineer, preferably in large infrastructure or engineering projects.
• Strong proficiency in cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control methodologies.
• Ability to analyze data, prepare detailed reports, and advise stakeholders on cost-related matters.
• Experience with project management tools and cost engineering software is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant engineering discipline.

Requirements

• Immediate availability to join the project without delay.
• Candidates must currently reside in Saudi Arabia and hold a transferable iqama.
• Open to all nationalities with appropriate work authorization.
