Divine Service Ltd., a leading provider committed to safety and reliability, is expanding its team to support clients with exceptional lift maintenance and engineering services in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We are seeking dedicated lift technicians and lift maintenance engineers who prioritize safety and quality workmanship to join our growing workforce.

Key Responsibilities

Lift Technician:

• Perform regular maintenance tasks including lubrication and safety inspections on a wide range of elevator types.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues alongside minor electrical faults.
• Respond quickly to emergency repairs and free passengers in case of lift entrapments.
• Replace defective or worn parts ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.

Lift Maintenance Engineer:

• Conduct advanced diagnostics, programming, and troubleshooting involving electrical systems and PLC controls.
• Lead and supervise technicians, organize preventive maintenance schedules, and analyze technical service reports.
• Oversee modernization projects and comprehensive repairs to enhance lift performance and safety.
• Ensure all maintenance and engineering operations adhere to national safety regulations and engineering codes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Lift Technician:

• Diploma or Technical ITI certification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years practical experience in elevator maintenance and fault diagnosis.

Lift Maintenance Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• At least 4 years of experience specializing in elevator engineering with strong expertise in PLCs and control systems.
• Proven leadership, project management skills, and ability to prepare detailed technical reports.
