??? Hiring: Lead Scheduling Engineer

Preferred Nationality: Expat

We are seeking an experienced Lead Scheduling Engineer with strong expertise in scheduling engineering and project management (preferably in oil & gas facilities).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in General Engineering
• Minimum 7+ years of experience
• Advanced knowledge in scheduling engineering & project management

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop baseline critical path schedules
• Plan, update & track schedule risks
• Create Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
• Monitor project schedules using reporting tools
• Work closely with construction teams

Preferred:

• PMP Certification
• SPI (Schedule Performance Index) or similar
• Strong analytical skills
• English – Full Professional Proficiency
