Key Responsibilities

As the Lead Quantity Surveyor for the Cost Control Department, you will be responsible for overseeing all cost management activities, ensuring budgets are adhered to and costs are efficiently controlled throughout project lifecycles. You will play a pivotal role in preparing accurate cost estimates, monitoring expenses, and providing detailed financial reports to management. Collaboration with project managers and engineering teams to align cost control strategies with project goals is essential.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory. Candidates with degrees in Quantity Surveying will not be considered.
• Minimum of 12 years of professional experience in cost control, preferably with exposure to large engineering or construction projects.
• Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail in cost monitoring and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
