Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead Process Design Engineer with 7 to 12 years of expertise in water and wastewater treatment processes including desalination, reverse osmosis (RO), ultrafiltration (UF), sewage treatment plants (STP), and demineralization systems. This key role is based in Riyadh and involves leading the engineering and design efforts for complex treatment projects.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the complete process design and engineering lifecycle of water and wastewater treatment systems. This includes developing and owning critical deliverables such as Process Flow Diagrams (PFD), Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID), mass balance calculations, and equipment sizing. The role also involves driving the Request for Quotation (RFQ) and Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE) activities, as well as providing support during system commissioning.

Required Skills and Experience

• 7 to 12 years of proven experience working with desalination, RO, UF, STP, and demineralization treatment systems.
• Strong expertise in process engineering design including PFDs and P&IDs.
• Ability to perform accurate mass balance calculations and equipment sizing for water treatment plants.
• Experience in managing RFQ and TBE processes effectively.
• Hands-on knowledge supporting commissioning activities.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities to lead engineering teams and collaborate with project stakeholders.
