Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Lead Engineer to oversee engineering design, procurement, construction, and project delivery, ensuring all activities meet project contract obligations including schedule, cost, health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.

Key Responsibilities

The Lead Engineer will be responsible for:

• Maintaining adherence to project timelines, budget, and HSE requirements
• Liaising with proponents, contractors, and various stakeholders for smooth project execution
• Addressing and resolving contractor claims and grievances effectively
• Supporting mechanical completion and monitoring construction progress to ensure quality and compliance

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Chemical Engineering
• At least 7 years of relevant engineering experience
• Proven expertise in project management for both small and large-scale capital projects
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to execute projects efficiently

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an advantage
• Fluent professional English communication skills
