Job Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled KNX Automation and ELV Engineer with extensive hands-on experience in design, installation, programming, and execution of automation and low current systems. This role involves managing projects from initial planning through to successful handover, ensuring seamless delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

As a Project Manager and Engineer, you will estimate project scopes, identify dependencies, and manage the allocation of necessary resources. You will oversee project progress, ensuring all milestones and deliverables are met on time and within budget. Clear communication with all stakeholders and clients will be essential, alongside proactive risk management and addressing any issues that arise.

In the technical aspect, you will be responsible for the installation and programming of KNX systems, including control panels and various KNX devices such as actuators, dimmers, and shutter controls. Your expertise will also extend to ELV systems, covering CCTV, audio/video, security systems, and smart home automation solutions.

Additionally, you will supervise site execution activities including wiring, testing, and commissioning while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Client engagement is also integral, providing consultations, presenting solutions, and supporting sales efforts by delivering technical insights and product recommendations.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in KNX system installation, programming with ETS software, and automation control panel design.
• Strong knowledge of ELV systems including CCTV (Analog and IP), audio/video setups, security installations, and intercom systems.
• Hands-on capabilities with wiring, programming, and circuit design.
• Familiarity with automation brands such as Vimar, ABB, B.E.S, Zennio, Intesisbox, Theben, RTI, Savant, and Fibaro.
• Experience with automation web servers for remote control and monitoring.
• Ability to manage projects comprehensively, including estimating, scheduling, risk assessment, and team leadership.
• Excellent client communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of supporting sales and delivering product presentations.

Work Environment

This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, offering a dynamic and collaborative setting where technical expertise meets project management. You will work closely with the sales team, engineers, and clients, contributing to innovative and cost-effective automation solutions.
