Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Junior Structural Design Engineer to join our expanding team in Riyadh. This role is ideal for recent graduates or engineers with up to two years of experience who are passionate about structural engineering and eager to build their expertise through hands-on involvement in real-world projects.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for performing structural analysis and modeling focused on steel structures and concrete foundations. Key tasks include designing pre-engineered buildings (PEB) components such as steel gantries, cantilevers, and bridges. You will also prepare detailed structural calculations, compile technical reports, and produce comprehensive design documentation.

Additionally, you will generate Bills of Quantities (B.O.Q.) to assist with cost analysis efforts and collaborate closely with internal teams to support smooth project execution. Some site visits may be required to ensure design accuracy and implementation adherence.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, with 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in structural design. Familiarity with structural analysis and design software is preferred, alongside a solid understanding of steel structure and foundation design principles.

Strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset are essential. A genuine eagerness to learn and grow within a dynamic engineering environment will help you thrive in this role.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience or knowledge of international design codes and standards will be advantageous. The ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines is important for success in this fast-paced environment.
