Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled MEP Estimation Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role requires a professional with solid experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems, specifically in estimation within the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQs), and quantity take-offs. Reviewing tender documents, drawings, and project specifications will be essential to ensure precise evaluations. Additionally, the engineer will coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations. Supporting the preparation of tender submissions and commercial proposals, as well as conducting cost analysis and value engineering, will be crucial aspects of this role.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 3 to 7 years of proven experience in MEP estimation
• Strong understanding of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems
• Proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, and specialized estimation software
• Knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market and supplier network is preferred
