Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves maintaining and troubleshooting various IT hardware and software, ensuring the smooth operation of our company’s technology infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 6 years of relevant experience within Saudi Arabia and a solid foundation in both technical skills and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining desktops, laptops, printers, and network equipment. This includes troubleshooting software, hardware, and connectivity issues both remotely and on-site. Additional tasks involve configuring network switches, CAT 6 cabling, and CCTV cameras, as well as monitoring IT systems to apply updates and maintain cybersecurity compliance.

The role also includes maintaining detailed IT asset records, managing backups, contributing to disaster recovery plans, and providing technical guidance and training to employees. Supervising team-related IT operations and performing physical tasks such as climbing ladders to access network points or CCTV locations are part of the daily activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 to 6 years of IT support experience specifically in Saudi Arabia is essential; experience outside Saudi Arabia will not be considered.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or MCP are required. Other degrees will not be accepted.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to resolve hardware, software, and networking issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical information clearly and provide effective user support.
• Proficiency with Windows operating systems, office productivity applications, and remote support tools.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team.

Compensation
